30 days before Kitsune Kon 2017, a friend recommended that I give the masquerade a go. I was hesitant as I had no idea what to even make with so little time before con. Having just finished watching "The Devil is a Part-Timer!", I picked my favorite character from the series and decided to make him come to life. I didn't want to just look like Lucifer - I wanted wings that moved like they did in the anime.
WHAT ARE THEY
MADE OF?
With a limited budget, I tried to utilize as much as I could at home and from the local thrift store. Lucifer's jacket was an old trench coat that I added buckles to, and the rest of his outfit consisted of a shirt from the thrift store, pants & boots I already owned.

The wings were crafted from PVC, felt feathers, along with dyed chicken, turkey, and duck feathers.
HOW BIG ARE THE WINGS?
This is one of my most frequently asked questions with this cosplay. I have taken a few different measurements along the way.

As the wings only open in one direction, I often need to walk sideways through crowds as to avoid taking people out along the way.
